International (worldwide) Courier - DHL - This option can only be used on request via email and it will cost an extra £20-60 depending on location.
Import fees
Import fees are buyer responsibility and should be considered before ordering. Therefore, items returned due to non-payment of import fees will not be refunded.
EU Customers - Orders under €150 (excluding shipping) are subject to VAT only, collected at checkout. If you are in one of the countries listed below, orders over €150 may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Impacted countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
USA Customers - The 10% tariff imposed on items you buy from the UK is applied at checkout and will show as a specific line on your order.
Dispatch times
Made-to-order
All custom made pieces have a 6 to 8 week dispatch time due to the nature of hand-making clothing and sourcing material.
Occasionally this can vary if material deliveries are delayed which then delay us being able to make your piece, but please get in touch if you have any queries.
Ready Made
Our ready made items are sent within 3 business days.
Where ready made and made to order items are purchased at the same time, they'll be shipped together when the made to order is ready.
Returns
We can't facilitate any returns as each piece we produce is made to order. We aren't a 'regular' brand who uses factories to produce pieces en-mass, each of our items is hand made after you order it. Although we keep our cost to you reasonable, the costs to us of material and labour are therefore higher than most brands. As your piece is made for you, we can't accept returns.
