Created from adapting and recreating an original 1950s pattern Sash buttons at back to act as shoulder strap and the bodice is boned for support *there is now a built in elastic shirring panel in the back of the playsuit bodice* allowing for more comfort and wearability Please message me to discuss fabric availablity .
